Rankings are extremely low on google key words

seo q&a Geanie: I used google key words for several months but didn’t get one call. Now rankings are extremely low. Not sure if I am effected by Googles attack on Realtors (non authority sites). Can you tell me if it was and can it be improved. Thanks.
